Job summary

PrimeSource Building Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage with internal and external stakeholders, routing opportunities to account executives and supporting the sales and marketing teams.

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a 40–45 hour work week on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role may require overtime and occasional travel, performed in an office setting with potential shifts 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of office/clerical support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Routing qualified opportunities to the account executives for development and closure
• Follow-up on pre-determined quote amounts.
• Documenting all customer information, communications, and sales in CRM
• Accurate order processing, including follow through on back orders and RMA’s.
• Handling customer complaints courteously, professionally
