Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Customer Success Supervisor to lead a team delivering premier service for direct and indirect customers. The role is hybrid and based at a western manufacturing facility, reporting to the Customer Services Manager, Western Operating Group.

You will plan work, engage with customers, train CSRs, and drive continuous improvement through dashboards and KPIs to achieve service goals and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Industry knowledge of building products and sales channels.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize daily activities using CRM, telecom systems and dashboards.
• Interact with customers to ensure needs are addressed promptly.
• Lead training sessions for CSRs and assist onboarding.
• Drive performance via KPI dashboards and continuous improvement.
