Job summary

Legora is hiring a Customer Success Systems Manager in New York City. You will own the tools and automations powering Legora’s post-sales organization, including engagement, delivery, and operations.

Administer and evolve our support and education systems such as Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, and Granola, and build data connections to streamline workflows. You will design automations, enable AI-assisted workflows, and partner with IT, Data, and Product teams to ensure scalable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with post-sales tooling and CS platforms.
• Proven ability to run tool rollouts end-to-end and drive adoption.
• Strong collaboration with IT, Data, and Product teams on integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of post-sales tools (Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, Granola).
• Design and maintain automations and data connectivity across the post-sales stack.
• Train and document best practices for post-sales teams; act as systems expert.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, and Product on integrations and requirements.
• Partner with AI Enablement on governance of embedded AI tools.
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal teams.
