Job summary

Legora is hiring a Customer Success Systems Manager to own the tools and automations powering our post-sales org. You’ll administer Intercom, Skilljar, Claude, Notion, Clay, Sana, Granola and build data connectivity across systems, partnering with AI Enablement for responsible AI tooling.

The role reports to the Head of Global Services and is based in New York City, with an in-person office in Union Square.

Qualifications

• Hands-on systems administration experience with support or customer success tooling (Intercom, Zendesk, Clay, Gainsight, or similar).
• Project management: led tool rollout or migration end-to-end with timelines and stakeholders.
• Builder mindset: able to move between configuration and automation design to reduce manual work.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in systems administration, support operations, or CS operations in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of post-sales tools and data integrity.
• Design and maintain automations across the post-sales tool stack.
• Train and document best practices for post-sales teams; collaborate with IT, Data, and Product.
