Job summary

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done, with an IT Automation Engineer role that owns Serval operations and automates onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS integrations. You’ll build AI-enabled services and ensure reliability across our identity, SaaS, and device management stack.

You’ll partner with People Technology and spread automation across platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Serval and Lumos, while maintaining strong testing and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Practical automation experience identifying opportunities and building workflows.
• Comfortable translating requirements into instructions for integrations.
• Careful testing ensuring automated workflows function correctly.
• Able to assess AI output for accuracy and usefulness.
• Able to read generated code when troubleshooting calls for it.

Responsibilities

• Own Serval day-to-day operation, configuration and integrations.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive rollout and maintenance.
• Build workflows and integrations using automation platforms and AI agents.
• Support HRIS integrations with People Technology on testing and deployment.
• Develop AI-enabled services to help employees complete actions.
• Plan changes, explain tradeoffs and coordinate with system owners.
• Test workflows with automated checks and verify results.
• Monitor outcomes, fix recurring issues, and trace problems across systems.
