Job summary

Legora, a leading AI-native legal tech company, seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to guide customers through deployment, integration, and adoption of Legora's platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, serve as the main technical point of contact, and help clients go live and scale.

You will work with Sales, Engineering and Customer Success, manage multiple projects, and train customer teams on configuration and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical delivery or a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on with SSO, authentication protocols, and enterprise integrations (DMS, APIs).
• Strong project management with proactive, multi-project discipline.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• French language proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations and rollout plans.
• Act as primary technical contact during deployment and adoption.
• Configure customer environments including SSO, DMS, and API connections.
• Provide post-rollout support and drive customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Deliver technical training and capture feedback for product improvement.
• Share insights with Product/Engineering to improve future implementations.
