Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Switzerland AG is seeking a customer service professional in Northborough, MA to ensure exemplary support for existing and prospective customers. You will manage quotes, orders, and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

The role requires strong English communication, multi-tasking ability, and teamwork to coordinate with engineering and sales. A high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service are expected, with ISO experience a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years related customer service experience with manufacturer or distributor.
• Experience working under ISO quality requirements.
• Experience working with JDE.

Mansioni

• Act as primary point of contact between TSS and its customers.
• Process customer quotes and sales orders; ensure adherence to policies.
• Direct customer communication via telephone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations with professionalism.
• Facilitate timely completion for acceptance of new purchase orders.
• Provide information on pricing, inventory, order status; respond to requests.
