Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders using the ERP system with approved supplier base.
• Negotiate best pricing including alternate sources and manage vendor relationships.
• Track cost savings from negotiations, re-bids and alternate vendors.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing issues.
• Lead contract negotiations including LTAs, pricing and service agreements.
• Ensure materials are available for production and monitor order due dates.
