Job summary

At Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Switzerland AG in Menomonie, WI, we are seeking a 2nd shift production employee responsible for ensuring product flow, quality and safety. You will perform operations, support changeovers, and monitor production boards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in a production environment.
• Experience with clean room manufacturing.
• 3+ years in production/assembly environment.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve problems; escalate as needed.
• Document and train relevant personnel.
• Improve safety, quality, cost and delivery.
• Lead others using root cause analysis.
• Monitor and adjust production based on demand.
• Assist with changeovers and setups to maintain flow.
• Update production boards and provide feedback on performance.
• Cover breaks, absences and deadlines while maintaining docs.
• Follow all safety protocols.
