Trelleborg Group seeks a QA Technician to perform in-process and final audit testing, maintain records, and generate test reports. You will manage measuring equipment, coordinate with the Quality Manager on non-conformances, and support root-cause investigations while upholding ISO standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing quality, strong math skills, ability to read prints, and good communication in English.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in manufacturing quality role.
• Read, write and speak English to understand customer requirements and to prepare reports.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills including decimals, fractions, and conversions.
• Ability to use measurement/inspection tools (calipers, rulers).
• Ability to read and understand prints.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-process and final audit testing of compounds per standard testing methods.
• Maintain physical testing records and compile test reports for customers.
• Maintain measuring systems, calibrations, and fixture/equipment identification.
• Coordinate testing non-conformances with supervisor/Quality Manager.
• Support root cause investigation and lab testing for non-conforming material.
• Support ISO processes with clear, honest communication.

Connaissances
