Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and handle competing priorities every day.
• Able to work evenings and weekends, when required.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Manage the full life cycle of orders from entry to delivery domestically and internationally.
• Customer Solutions & Partnership: Address shortages, identify root causes, and present recovery options.
• Order Management & Efficiency: Ensure adherence to order policies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Communication & Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships and handle high volumes of requests.
• Strategic Account Growth: Promote increased order size and direct plant shipments.
