Job summary

Cargomatic is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Specialist in Lisle, IL to ensure smooth shipment operations and exceptional customer experiences. This full-time, hybrid role collaborates with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Operations to drive satisfaction and retention.

You will manage daily engagements, track SLA metrics, and contribute to process improvements while growing with a fast-paced, data-driven team committed to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer success is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction across stakeholders.
• Experience driving customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers across email, phone, and reporting channels.
• Execute day-to-day customer operations and adapt to new challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Carrier Operations to meet KPIs.
• Track, maintain, and improve weekly account data metrics and SLAs.
• Identify and champion new products, processes, and initiatives for growth and retention.
• Develop scalable SOPs to transition daily tasks with offshore support staff.
