• Experience with renewals and contract administration.
• Strong data accuracy and CRM data integrity.

• Own renewals, contract admin, and CRM data integrity.
• Handle downgrades, escalations, and customer calls.
• Drive KPIs like NRR and On-Time Renewal Rate.
• Partner with CSMs to ensure high revenue retention.
