Boulevard is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to own the post-onboarding relationship, drive value realization, and guide customers toward renewals and expansion.

You will run structured check-ins, business reviews, and account planning for a Mid-Market book, using data-driven judgment and strong business acumen to translate technical solutions for diverse stakeholders.

• 3+ years managing Mid-Market accounts with success in retention and renewals.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical solutions for varied stakeholders.
• Effective EQ, growth mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
