• Take care of customer service as a primary management responsibility.
• Handle shared inbox and eStore operations for timely responses.
• Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders daily.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls with professional, customer-focused approach.
• Support supervisor/manager in developing team knowledge and skills for inquiries and resolutions.
• Perform administrative duties and assist with office coordination.
• Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
