Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technical field (required)
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience with global sourcing and international business
• MBA and CPM or Six Sigma are pluses
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Drive lower costs through regional/global consolidation.
• Forecast and analyze supplier markets and trends to shape strategy.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Lead and influence stakeholders at all levels including upper management.
• Coordinate multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Develop suppliers into strategic partners and drive innovation.
• Conduct Make vs Buy analyses and competitive bidding processes.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
