Responsibilities

• Take care of our customer service as a main responsibility
• Handle the shared inbox and eStore operations for timely responses
• Process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders efficiently
• Manage both incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Support supervisor in developing team knowledge and skills
• Administrative duties such as managing office supplies and assisting with coordination
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
