• Proven customer support experience in a CSR role.
• Strong phone handling skills and active listening.

• Proficient in Office; advanced Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables).
• 5+ years in a CSR role; bilingual English/Chinese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and requests for quote, liaising between customer and manufacturing.
• Identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction and forecast/place sales orders.
• Build relationships with customers through open communication and trust.
• Provide accurate information using appropriate methods/tools.
• Process complaints with quality, ensuring timely resolution and records.
• Engage customers and handle calls and emails; perform basic reporting.
