Job summary

aspectLED, a direct supplier of LED lighting, seeks a Customer Success Representative to blend inbound support with consultative selling and account management. You will manage a high volume of inquiries, build long-term customer relationships, and identify opportunities to recommend lighting solutions.

The role combines customer experience with revenue growth, requiring organization, responsiveness, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the full inbound sales cycle, including qualification, quoting, follow-up and order placement.
• Grow and manage a book of customer accounts with ongoing follow-up and relationship building.
• Deliver excellent inbound support with a consultative selling approach.
• Serve as a product expert, conducting discovery and recommending tailored solutions.
• Maintain timely follow-up on quotes and inquiries to support conversion.
• Keep disciplined CRM activity with accurate notes and clear next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and coordinate complex projects.
• Represent aspectLED at trade shows and industry events as needed.
