FASTSIGNS is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact with customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will assist customers via email, phone, and in-person visits, helping them choose signage solutions and ensuring accurate orders.

You will build long-lasting relationships, prepare estimates, implement work orders, and monitor timely delivery of finished orders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and provide solutions.
