Job summary

FASTSIGNS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in our Center. You will learn to prepare estimates, manage work orders and ensure timely delivery of orders.

You will participate in daily team meetings, support business and marketing plans, and engage with customers via email, phone, in person, and on-site. The role emphasizes relationship-building and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced Sign Industry environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and capable of building relationships.
• Excellent listening and organization skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more).
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and support business and marketing plans for the Center.
• Interact with customers via email, phone, in-person, and at their place of business.
• Build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into long-term clients.
