Job summary

Van Unen Miersma Propane Inc. seeks a customer service oriented professional to join our team in California. You’ll be the main liaison between customers and delivery teams, ensuring accurate billing, timely service, and friendly, solution-focused communication.

Your work supports retention, smooth operations, and community trust. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with account updates, scheduling, and basic finance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing and scheduling.
• Ability to track details across multiple systems and documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support retention efforts by resolving concerns and following up until closed.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing issues and updating accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation and billing accuracy.
