Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is hiring for an inside sales/customer service role. You will assist customers with product and service information, help with upselling, and coordinate between customers and the service team to ensure timely, safe service delivery.

The position requires strong communication, data entry, and organizational skills, with duties including handling payments, maintaining records, and contributing to special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person.
• Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and/or complaints as needed.
• Process counter transactions.
• Document and update customer records.
• Process payments and maintain customer accounts.
• Assist with light collections or billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate data entry and attention to detail.

• Address gas and/or water service needs when applicable.
• Ensure work scope aligns with company capabilities.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory.
