Job summary

Van Meter seeks a Customer Success Coordinator to own the operational and transactional execution of its service offerings. You’ll serve as the operations hub across services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication from proposal through execution and renewal.

You’ll coordinate quotes, orders, contracts, invoicing, and fulfillment, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Finance to deliver consistent service and protect recurring revenue health.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service, coordination, or operational experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience working with ERP or business systems; SAP or Eclipse a plus.
• Industry experience with automation services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery across customer success offerings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate quotes, orders, contracts, invoicing, and fulfillment.
• Engage customers with proactive communication regarding service execution and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and vendor partners to deliver seamless service.
• Drive process improvements and SOPs to support scalable operations.
• Monitor renewals and identify opportunities to strengthen recurring revenue.
