Qualifications

• 5 years of customer service experience in same or similar industry preferred.
• Experience in welding and specialty gas environment is a plus.
• Strong math background and analytical skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use computer software programs quickly and accurately.
• Ability to operate a cash register and provide correct change.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a wide variety of customer requests, troubleshoot, resolve conflicts, and exceed expectations for CK Supply offerings.
• Provide on-the-spot creative solutions for customer issues in industrial and specialty gas fields as needed.
• Become an expert on CK Supply products through training and initiative.
• Maintain showroom and retail area for a pleasant customer experience.
• Assist with Inside Sales and in the Warehouse as needed.
• Coordinate pricing and discuss leads with Account Managers.
