Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Georgia seeks a customer service representative to be the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and coordination with Sales Support and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

This role acts as a liaison between customers, the Customer Service Manager, Account Managers, and operations to resolve issues, analyze reports, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year sales or customer service experience in poultry or protein industry.
• Experience with inside/outside sales and customer service.
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders accurately and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with plants to minimize delays and communicate issues.
• Resolve credit issues and invoice deductions.
• Maintain relationships with customers and grow account base.
• Serve as liaison among customers, CS Manager, and logistics.
