Job summary

Wayne Farms is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage daily customer accounts and order flow. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, and management to resolve issues, maintain relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role requires initiative, accuracy, and strong communication in a fast-paced poultry environment.

Responsibilities include handling orders, resolving credit issues, and supporting forecasts and documentation while traveling up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or customer service experience in poultry/protein.
• Experience in inside sales or sales support is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Enter orders and ensure on-time delivery; manage order changes.
• Resolve credit issues and invoice deductions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, logistics to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and freezer reports; analyze data.
• Lead in decision-making for account maintenance and pricing.
• Support forecasting and export documentation as needed.
