Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Supply Chain Clerk to support inventory records, process orders, and coordinate shipments in a fast-paced agricultural operation. You will manage stock levels, enter orders, prepare shipping documents, and assist in preparing reports on supply chain metrics while ensuring accuracy and timely documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and effective communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years in clerical, administrative, or supply chain support roles preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update inventory records in the system.
• Assist with cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in inventory.
• Enter purchase orders, sales orders, and shipping documents into the system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to track order status.
• Log incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Respond to inquiries from internal teams and vendors regarding order status and inventory availability.
