Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the primary day-to-day contact for assigned poultry customer accounts in Atlanta. You will manage weekly orders, interact with Sales Support, and resolve service issues across the organization.

You will enter orders, monitor delivery dates, handle credits and invoicing concerns, and build strong client relationships while supporting forecast planning to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales or customer service in poultry or protein industry.
• Minimum 1 year inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Self-starter with initiative and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new systems and work with ERP.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system and ensure on-time delivery dates.
• Communicate any delays, shortages, or next-day moves to customers.
• Resolve credit issues and invoice deduction claims.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers.
• Enter customer complaints into Jira QA system and coordinate resolution.
• Support forecasting and coordinate with logistics and operations.
• Act as liaison among customers, CS Manager, Account Managers, and Sales.
• Monitor sales and freezer reports and provide recommendations.
