We are seeking a full-time sales representative to join our expanding team. You will play a key role in our growing sales by introducing and educating business customers and prospects on our various products and services. You will participate with a close corporate team and influence the success of sales and marketing initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES
- Communicate with customers and prospects to create sales and ensure excellent customer service.
- Develop leadership skills through hands-on training.
- Educate customers and prospects on products and Niles brand benefits to best fit their requirements.
- Work with the entire Niles team on how to grow and improve consumer acquisition.
- Record and analyze consumer issues to enhance & improve the sales process.
- Attend training sessions when required to develop sales and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with fellow employees to understand market trends & changes.
- Collect new customer and sales data.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries, quality, and pricing.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of US currency and weight measurements, volume, distance, and pricing.
- Applying common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, internet applications, and the Company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
