Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comprehensive computer skills including MS Office and MS Project.
• Excellent oral and written communication and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and assist customers to develop opportunities.
• Provide information about products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, products, and accounts.
