As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you will lead your customers to achieve the full value of their BMC investments by helping them to identify additional Customer Success and Professional services.

Responsibilities include:
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers. Following the initial subscription deal, you will partner with top talented consultants, delivery leads, and architects to ensure the optimization of your customers' investments and increase profitable revenue for BMC.
  • Plan and exceed customer success sales targets by coordinating all sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism, acting as a BMC brand ambassador.
  • Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and be innovative in solving everyday problems.
