Role Description and Requirements

As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, partnering with top consultants, delivery leads, and architects to optimize investments and increase profitable revenue.
  • Plan and exceed customer success sales targets by coordinating sales team efforts and executing the Value Selling process.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Learn, participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate in solving everyday problems.

To succeed, you should have:

  • Alignment with BMC values and effective teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience as a business hunter, developing business as a trusted partner with a deep understanding of pipeline, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
