Job summary

Campora Propane is seeking a customer service-oriented associate to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer accounts. You will work with the General Manager, service center, and delivery teams to ensure customers get what they need on time.

Requirements include 1–2 years of professional customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves occasional accounts payable tasks and may be on-site at our Carson City operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful, solution-focused communication.
• Support customer growth and retention by resolving concerns and following up until closed.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing exceptions and updating accounts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, route paperwork, scanning, and account accuracy.
• Assist with accounts payable processing and other office operations depending on location.
