Job summary

Campora Propane in Colfax, CA is seeking a customer service representative to support our customers, keep homes warm, and ensure service excellence. You’ll be at the center of communication, coordinating with the General Manager, Service Center, and delivery teams to provide accurate and timely solutions.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, comfort with phone conversations about service and billing, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Comfort handling phone-based conversations about service, billing, and scheduling.
• Ability to track details across multiple systems and documents.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to established processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with clear, respectful communication.
• Support retention by resolving concerns, following up, and closing issues.
• Participate in outbound campaigns to retain customers and collect on past-due balances.
• Assist with daily delivery and service operations by resolving routing issues.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, and account updates.
