Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks an Implementation Engineer to support new client and facility rollouts within our Contract Logistics network. You will maintain layouts, ensure readiness actions are completed, track capital investments, and implement CEVA LEAN and continuous improvement standards.

You will work with the project team and local operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in engineering or related field and at least 3 years in logistics facility design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of logistics and distribution experience designing or launching facilities.
• 3PL experience is required; e-commerce and omni-channel fulfilment preferred.
• Experience in utilities/infrastructure design for material handling equipment.
• Experience with vendor/integrator management during implementations.
• LEAN and Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Design to understand data assumptions and procurement needs.
• Lead site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization in the fulfillment center.
• Define slotting and replenishment strategy and communicate insights to operations.
• Coordinate with IT/WMS to define location naming, work zones, routing, and pick sequences.
• Validate pricing assumptions using data and labour standards; develop operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Training to ensure accurate work instructions for facilities.
• Partner with PM and Procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget equipment delivery.
