Job summary

ABH Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key link between the company and customers. The role handles inquiries, quotes, orders, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth, customer-first experience.

The CSR will collaborate with Technical, Engineering, Production, and Sales teams to maintain order accuracy and timely fulfillment, while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or client support required.
• Experience using CRM systems and best practices.
• Experience handling quotes and orders; strong data entry.
• SAGE 100 ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and order status.
• Prepare accurate customer quotations and process orders with high accuracy.
• Manage high volume of calls, emails, and requests; maintain records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
