Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or customer success management.
• Strong technical affinity in software/AV/visualization or related tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex customer projects and diverse stakeholder landscapes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects within the Control Rooms business.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication plans.
• Coordinate activities between customers, sales, service, engineering, product management and partners.
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure customer acceptance, project closure and handover to service org.
