Job summary

Southwest Accessory Group (SWAG) seeks a Logistics Coordinator to manage LTL, Parcel, and 3PL partnerships, driving cost control and service excellence across transportation operations. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Distribution Operations, and Finance to optimize carrier performance and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or related field preferred.
• Experience with LTL carriers, Parcel providers, and/or 3PL partners strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting transportation RFPs, bid analysis, carrier sourcing, or contract negotiations desirable.
• Knowledge of transportation pricing concepts, including freight rates, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, dimensional weight, and service levels.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret transportation data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary day-to-day contact for designated LTL carriers, Parcel providers, and 3PL partners.
• Monitor provider performance against service expectations, pricing, and contracts.
• Establish and report transportation KPIs and provider scorecards.
• Lead or participate in provider performance reviews and corrective action plans.
• Onboard, implement, and transition new carriers, parcel providers, and 3PL partners.
• Own escalated logistics issues through resolution and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Develop transportation reporting and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
