Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Enjoys working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with Google search.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone and in person at our facility.
• Use your customer service skills to clarify their needs, do research, and recommend parts.
• Be focused and driven to meet/exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Process quotes, take orders and provide post-order service.
