Applied Industrial Technologies, a global industrial distributor, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by phone and in person, clarify needs, and recommend parts. You will process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service while working toward monthly sales goals and high customer satisfaction.

The role offers a path toward sales or management and includes benefits, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated customer service professionals with strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to research needs, clarify requirements, and recommend parts or solutions.
• Willingness to learn systems and processes quickly, with basic computer skills.
