WSI (Warehouse Specialists, LLC) is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Bucks County to coordinate orders, shipments, and proactive service for assigned customers. You’ll act as a primary contact across operations, sales, and customer service, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service or logistics, strong problem solving, and proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, account management, or logistics operations.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships through proactive communication and service support.
• Provide timely updates on order status, shipments, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, transportation, and sales teams to meet customer expectations.
