Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse, contract packaging or customer service experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and scheduling to confirm trucks.
• Handle load tendering, entry, issue follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and data reporting.
• Produce pick tickets and Bills of Lading (BOL) as directed.
• Ensure timely, professional written and verbal communication with customers and leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date files and SOP compliance.
• Follow safety rules and perform duties in a high-volume environment.
