Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Success Representative/Ecommerce Partner to engage with customers primarily over the phone, promoting MyAmcor services and packaging solutions. You will coach customers, drive buying behavior, and support sales through outbound calls and targeted outreach.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, confidence, and problem-solving abilities, with a basic level of computer competency.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that drive buying behavior within long tail accounts and contacts.
• Conduct 2.5+ hours of phone interaction through 35+ outbound calls daily.
• Deliver to high standards of call content and technique.
• Develop product line subject matter expertise.
• Escalate sales and service opportunities as they arise.
• Participate in weekly skills coaching (WRAAP & CRAFT) and 1-on-1 monthly account reviews.
