Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Success Representative / Ecommerce Partner (ECP) to increase customer engagement and sourcing via MyAmcor. You will coach customers, conduct extensive outbound calls, and build product expertise to drive volume growth.

You will work in a customer-focused environment, with emphasis on communication, problem solving, and timely follow-up to support Amcor’s packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.

• High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
• Desire to inform, coach and teach customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that drive buying behavior within accounts.
• Conduct 2.5+ hours of phone interaction through 35+ outbound calls daily.
• Deliver high standards of call content and technique.
• Develop product line subject matter expertise.
• Escalate sales and service opportunities as they arise.
• Participate in weekly coaching and monthly reviews.
