Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated is seeking a customer-facing professional to manage orders, pricing, and scheduling for our aggregate and asphalt operations. You will build relationships with key list price customers to improve margins and ensure outstanding service.

Role requires high school diploma, MS Office skills, and bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred). Responsibilities include order entry, pricing coordination with the sales team, and collaboration with Operations to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• MS Office at least intermediate level
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Set up orders and dispatch materials per customer demand
• Recapture lost sales through proactive outreach and scheduling
• Provide quotes and pricing coordination with sales team
• Coordinate with Operations to confirm orders and scheduling
• Assist with credit card charges, invoice and ticket inquiries
