Job summary

The Lighthouse Louisiana in New Orleans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers. You will deliver exceptional service by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

High School / GED required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; competent in Microsoft Office.
1-2 years’ customer service experience; call center experience is a plus.
Able to travel throughout the facility to support work responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Provide accurate information and courteous service to customers.
Enter customer data and orders into Lighthouse systems accurately.
Process incoming orders via email, phone, mail, or in person.
Handle high volume calls and inquiries with timely responses.
Provide quotes and update customers on product availability and shipping status.
Maintain and update customer profiles and addresses in the database.
Coordinate with production, shipping and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
Gather customer feedback and propose product or process improvements.
