Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; diplomacy with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and resolve order issues.
• Input and update customer/order data in the order management system.
