Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Beloit, WI to serve as the primary contact for customers in a B2B environment. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues while collaborating with sales, operations and purchasing teams.

The role requires strong communication and organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or order processing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook; ERP/CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, inventory, orders and services.
• Process orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve customer concerns and order discrepancies with timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order history in company systems.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse and operations to ensure on-time fulfillment.
