Palmer-Donavin in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for product information, pricing questions, orders, and issue resolution within a busy B2B environment.

You will work with sales, operations, and purchasing to ensure accurate orders, timely fulfillment, and excellent customer satisfaction while developing product knowledge and supporting sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service, inside sales, order processing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP/CRM/order entry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, inventory, order status, delivery schedules, and services.
• Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and related transactions accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, service issues, and product questions with timely follow-up.
